ABC’s Contact Procedure

We are committed to providing a quality service to all of our customers. If you have any feedback about any aspect of the service you have received from ABC Contract Services, then we would like you to get in touch.

How can I contact ABC?

If you need to contact us regarding the service you have received from an ABC Contract Services office, you should contact your local Branch Manager; this will ensure that your query is dealt with by the relevant branch.

If you are a temporary worker and have a question regarding your payment, please contact the consultant who placed you and they will be happy to help. If your query cannot be answered immediately during your telephone call, you will be given a ‘log number’ and will be advised of a timescale in which you will receive further feedback.

If you have already contacted your local office / Branch Manager and are not fully satisfied with the response you have received, please complete our contact form.

It helps us if you provide us with as many facts as you can, regarding your question or comment, including names of people you have already spoken to.

ABC commits to:

  • Dealing with your feedback fairly, confidentially and effectively
  • Acknowledging your query within 3 working days and provide timescale details for a response
  • Investigating your comments, keeping you regularly informed on any actions required and outcome
